The Gallery

In the heart of Catskill, nestled between the mighty Hudson River and the legendary Catskill Mountains, Salem’s Moon offers The Gallery, a beautiful space for events, exhibitions, and readings. Our location on the village’s vibrant Main Street is within easy walking distance of a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and municipal parking.

Events in the Gallery

If you have a program or service that you think will be of value to the Salem's Moon community, let us know. We can comfortably seat up to 24 people for classes and meetings, and list your event on the Salem's Moon calendar.

Event Space Fees
$30 / hour
Event organizers are responsible for setting their own registration fees, processing attendee registrations and payments, and promoting their events. A 50% deposit is due to hold space for the scheduled time of an event. The remaining 50% is due at the time of the event. Events can be canceled with at least 24-hour's notice without penalty.

Exhibitions in the Gallery

If you are an artist, we can help you showcase and sell your work. Salem’s Moon considers submissions from new and experienced artists exploring metaphysical, mystical, and spiritual themes, as well as the wonder and beauty of nature. Once accepted, your work can go on display for at least 60 days in the Gallery and on our website.

Art Exhibition Fees
20% commission on artwork sold
Artists set the price for their work and are solely responsible for production, shipping, and insurance.

Readings & Healing Sessions

If you are a reader or healer who needs a place to host clients, Salem’s Moon can help. We have two private rooms and public reading space available in the Gallery. We can post your availability for walk-ins on our website, or you can use our space for scheduled appointments.

Private Room Fees
$20 / hour when Salem's Moon is open
$30 / hour when Salem's Moon is closed

Public Reading Space Fees
$10 / hour when Salem's Moon is open
$20 / hour when Salem's Moon is closed
